Returns & Refunds Policy

1-Eligibility and Timeframe

You are eligible to return and/or receive refunds for orders up to 30 days after an order is delivered. Email us at returns@gofirepits.com for returns and refunds. Return and refund requests are processed and refunds are issued on the same or next business day.

2-Refund Method

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used when placing your order.

3-Buyer's Remorse

Refunds for buyer's remorse are the amount paid for the item at checkout less return shipping costs. We will send you an invoice via email for the return shipping costs (as quoted by the return carrier) and a shipping label to our returns processing facility. 

4-Exchanges

No refunds are issued for any exchanges. You may exchange an item for any item of equal or lesser value (amount paid at checkout) within 30 days of delivery of the initial item. Shipping for exchanges is free. You may not exchange items which were received through exchange.

5-Damages

If an item is damaged in transit, you may receive a refund and keep the item, or return the item and receive a replacement for free (refund not issued). Both return shipping for damaged items and outbound shipping for replacement items is free.

6-Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, email us with the details of your order: The item(s) you received, as well as the item(s) you did not. Send photos of the item(s) you received as well. For an item(s) missing from your order, you may receive a refund amounting to the value of the item(s) missing, or receive a replacement item(s) at no charge (no refund issued).

7-Incorrect Items

If you receive any incorrect items in your order in lieu of the correct items, contact us and send photos of the incorrect items to returns@gofirepits.com. We will send you the correct replacement items at no charge. Or, instead, you may choose to receive a refund amounting to the value of the (correct) items you ordered which you should have received (replacements not sent in this case). You may return any incorrect items which were sent to you originally at no charge, or you may keep them.

8-Cancellations

You may be eligible to receive a full refund for cancelled orders. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of placement and it has not yet shipped, you may receive a full refund. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

9-Order Nonarrival

It is important to us that your order arrives in a timely fashion. If you place an order and it does not arrive within 8 business days, please reach out. You may reach out to the carrier, or to us, in which case we will reach out to the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms that your order has not been delivered and is not out in transit, we will cancel and refund you the full value of your order.
